Terms and Conditions
CABARET SHOW: A $100 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit may be made by cheque, money order, cash, and credit card or by depositing it into our bank account. Your booking must be finalised 2 weeks in advance. This requires full payment and confirmation of ladies attending. A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed for any cancellations. If there is a last minute cancellation from your party after you finalise your booking, we unfortunately are unable to refund you the amount. If you require any extra time to finalise your booking, you must speak to Mandate Management and they will organise alternative arrangements to the best of their ability. Our floor plans for seating arrangements are finalised once deposits are received, therefore the earlier you book and pay the closer you are to the stage. Mandate does not accept individual payments on the night; all payments must be made as a lump sum. Our event coordinator on the evening will speak to ONLY the guest of honour, who will be asked, if she would like to participate throughout the show. This requires the guest of honour to verbally consent and is optional for her.
